At MRK Trading, your satisfaction matters to us. While we do our best to get every order just right, we know that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s how we handle returns, refunds, order issues, and cancellations.
Inspect Your Order PromptlyPlease open and check your order as soon as it arrives. If there’s an issue, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange—unless otherwise stated.

We strongly suggest making a small test batch before producing larger quantities.

Order Issues & ExchangesIf you received the wrong item or something’s missing, we’ll sort it out quickly.
In cases of stock shortages or order errors on our part, you’ll have the option of a full refund or store credit, typically issued within 30 days.

Broken or Faulty ItemsIf your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty item:

We take care to wrap fragile products safely, especially glassware—but breakages can happen. We’ll cover the replacement shipping cost for items damaged in transit (as long as they weren’t damaged after delivery).
